This site, brought to you by MCCi, provides educational and helpful information about Agenda Automation
Agenda Automation is sometimes confused with paperless agendas, but there are important distinctions between the two. Paperless agendas can be created simply by scanning an agenda packet at the end of the compilation process, while Agenda Automation starts at the very beginning of the process and can deliver the content in multiple formats (paper, CD, PDF, HTML, etc.).
The agenda process is a business process, and one that can be simplified and made more efficient. The proper use of technology can create an integrated system that automates agenda item creation, tracking, approval, packet publishing, search capabilities, and archival.
