The purpose of this site is to provide educational and helpful information in regards to Agenda Automation.  

Agenda Automation is sometimes confused with “Paperless Agendas” yet there are important distinctions between the two. Paperless agendas can be created simply by scanning an agenda packet at the end of the compilation process.  Agenda Automation starts at the very beginning of the process and can deliver the content in multiple formats (Paper, CD, PDF, HTML, etc.). 

The agenda process is a business process, and is one that can be simplified and made more efficient.   The proper use of technology can create an integrated system that automates agenda item creation, tracking, approval, packet publishing, search capabilities, and archival.
